VORWERK FOLLETTO – Right of Withdrawal
As well as other types of sales, the customer must be protected so that he fully understands what he has purchased.
Unlike when we go to buy a cell phone or shoes in the local shop, when you purchase a product outside the seller's business premises, the customer has time 10 working days from signing the contract to withdraw without penalty and without giving justification.
It may happen that there are so-called hot sales, where a customer signs a contract without fully understanding what he has purchased and at what price or perhaps laterhe may have second thoughts.

The buyer's right of withdrawal pursuant to art. 64 et seq. of the legislative decree 6 September 2005 n. 206
The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract by communicating his wish via registered letter with return receipt, or fax, addressed to the Milan office of Vorwerk Folletto Italia.
The notice of withdrawal must be sentwithin 10 working daysfrom the signing of the order proposal completed with the Folletto Agent.
If the customer has received the goods, at his own expense he must return it intact and in its packaging (even if it was opened), within 10 days from its receipt.
After notification of withdrawal and sending of the goods, the contract is considered canceled and they will be returned to the customer within 30 days from receipt of the notice of withdrawal the advances.
Any compensation or penalty payable by the customer is excluded.
In the case of sale, where used appliances were collected, Vorwerk Folletto reserves the right to return the withdrawn product or alternatively to pay the sum corresponding to the value attributed to the used goods at the time of purchase of the goods.
